- A former UK Managing Director (female) of a major multi-national Company based in the US
- Brian Ashton, former England Rugby Coach, against the RFU.
- A senior female Executive of a multi-national - winning over £120,000 and the largest aggravated damages award for an individual and costs, damages for personal injuries and damages for victimisation
- Catherine Cawthorne v Freshfields in a “first” personal injuries claim when working abroad.
I specialise in discrimination claims (sex, race and disability) and am fearless and robust in achieving great results.
I act regularly for doctors and dentists against NHS Trusts, psychologists against NHS Trusts and for doctors, Nurses and dentists at GMC, GDC and NMC proceedings. I have successfully challenged their decisions in the Privy Council and High Court.
I have also won substantial damages in several high profile defamation cases.
I recently won substantial damages and an apology for a director of a major Professional Firm who had been slandered by another director.
